COARSEGOLD — Coarsegold Union School District is proud to announce the opening of after-school clubs for all children registered in the district’s campuses at Coarsegold Elementary and Rivergold.

The programs will coincide with the CUSD school calendar and will be in session between 6:45 a.m. through 7:45 a.m. and then again from 12:10-6:15 p.m.

There will be a minimal hourly charge to participate in the club.

The clubs will provide a safe, clean, organized academic-based environment for children from kindergartners through the eighth grade.

Each day, children will be provided with the help they need to complete their daily homework. They will also be provided with snacks, and be involved in organized team-building activities.

As the programs grows it will also provide individualized and small-group tutoring and enrichment activities in the areas of art, theater arts, writing, math, and science.

“We are very excited to provide our community with these much-needed programs,” says Stuart Pincus.

Persons interested in the programs are invited to call Mr. Pincus at 683-4842 or 658-7566, or visit one of the school offices.

Registration forms are also available both school offices.
